Think you don’t stand a chance to %LINK1 without begging or apologizing for things you didn’t even do? If so, you’ve fallen into the same trap I did after my girlfriend broke up with Breakup Reversedme. You are not the only one who has fallen into this trap, so don’t blame yourself. Nine times out of ten, you’re doing the exact opposite of what you should be doing and it’s only making your ex glad she left.

Below are some things that you should be doing instead:

Remain Calm!

You had a fight, you yelled at each other, she told you she never wants to see your face again and walked out. Once you start to really feel you’ve lost her, panic sets in. You ended up calling her every day, sending one email after another, and basically turned into a stalker before you realized it.

Seriously, if you were her, would you go back to a guy who is harassing you? Your best bet is to recollect yourself and leave her alone for a few days. Then only try to contact her. If she doesn’t respond, move on to the next step, which is??

Contact her friends.

Not what you wanted to hear, I bet. It was already hard to impress her friends when you were together, let alone after your relationship with her has turned sour!

Unfortunately, though, when it comes to getting your girlfriend back, these are exactly the people you need to be talking to because they have the most power to sway your ex. If you can tell them your side of the story and get some understanding from them, they may be willing to say a few good words in front of your ex girlfriend.

Keep Looking Good!

It is very common for people, men and women alike, to forget about their looks after breaking up with their girlfriends or boyfriends. You may forget to change for a few days or may not shave. This is exactly what you shouldn’t be doing. Yes I understand that this is difficult, but you still have to be able to take care of yourself. That means you will need to make sure you take care of your personal hygiene and health. Eat and sleep well. There are many reasons why you have to do that, one is that you will feel better and secondly, your girlfriend will not look down on you and think that it was right to leave.

Remain Open!

Once you get a chance to talk to her, you have to know what to say. Part of that means explaining what you were thinking when you had the fight that almost ended the relationship.

It can be very difficult to open yourself up and expose your deepest problems or feelings. However at times it is best to tell the truth and be frank with her on the problems you may have, for example the stress that you felt at work or other problems which may have contributed to the breakup. Admit your mistakes if any.

The above are some pointers on how to get back your ex girlfriend. It is not difficult and doesn’t mean that you can’t keep your self-respect. You do need to tackle the core issues. Be honest and calm about the problems that come up and you are well on your way to get her back into your life.
